Position: Customer Service Representative

$13.00-$15.00 hourly plus monthly commission pay 



Position Summary:  Responsible for acting as a liaison between the customer and Estes by providing product and service information and resolving problems

 As a Customer Service Representative I or II at Estes Services you must demonstrate a proficiency in the following areas to achieve your best performance;

 -Daily Scheduling of inbound phone calls from contract and non-contract customers

 -Qualify all inbound customers to insure that all database information is correct for every Service Master

 -Focus on Suggestive Selling to help build our contract customer base and increase company revenues

 -Outbound solicitations to generate new business, increase our contract customer base and improve our customer service

 -Assist Dispatchers and Management to define daily scheduling procedures; follow proper call booking procedures

 -Maintain focus on company objectives as defined by Management

 -Level I Complaint Resolution to increase Customer Satisfaction

 - HVAC and plumbing industry experience required

 -Excellent typing including speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
